Description
We make jewelry from outer space! Mix space science and art with this exciting workshop. You will end up with a keepsake made of material older than the Earth 
itself! Learn about meteorites while crafting a beautiful pendant, bracelet, or ear rings. See a huge meteorite that weighs as much as you! Hold a piece of an asteroid! Touch a piece of the Moon (lunar meteorite)!
For adults, children ages 13 and up, or children 9-12 with parents helping.
Workshop price is per single child or adult individual, but parents may work with and/or help their child at no extra charge. Includes materials for one pendant, bracelet, or set of ear rings and instructor time. Material will be a stock 5-gram or less NWA, Nantan, and Chrondrite meteorite fragments or a stock 2-gram or less Campo or Sikhote fragment. You are welcome to negotiate the purchase of other meteorites at current prices. Typically you would add $3 per gram for fragments weighing more than the above limits.
